Tally Ho Old Chap! Get your .London domain!

.London, the new extension for the UK's Capital launches on 29 April 2014 at 16:00.

.London will launch in 3 phases and will be allocated based on a priority ranking.

Sunrise & Landrush (29 April - 31 July 2014) (start & end - 16:00 GMT)

The Sunrise & Landrush will run concurrently.

They are NOT first come, first served phases. 

If more than one application is received for the same priority ranking for the same domain name, an auction will decide who gets the domain.

A Sunrise application has priority over all Landrush applications.

1. Sunrise

A SMD file issued by the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) is required.

If you have not verified your trademark with the TMCH we can submit it on your behalf. Email support@namelynx.com for assistance.

2. Landrush

The Landrush is open to ALL but priority is given to London based applicants. 

Where there is more than one Landrush application, it will be allocated according to the following Priority Ranking:

Landrush Priority 1 

Applicants with a physical address in London and an existing right for the name, which can be demonstrated by way of evidence (e.g. UK  business name, individual name or unregistered trade marks).

Landrush Priority 2

Applications from entities or individuals with a physical address in London but with no demonstrable prior right to name.

Landrush Priority 3

Applications where there is no physical address in London.

The Registry may, at its discretion, request additional information from the applicant.

3. General Availability (9 September 2014 - 16:00 GMT)

After the Sunrise and Landrush periods, .London domains can be registered on a first come, first served basis.

Certain domain names have been classified as Premium and will be sold at higher prices. If you wish to apply for a Premium domain name please email support@namelynx.com to process your application.
